Mike Logan, has helped with my fitness equipment needs for years.... always positive, professional, and easy to talk to. Recently helped with my very first treadmill purchase for the home gym (bat cave) :) Mike gave me a killer deal for Black Friday and I could not be happier...!!! The retail fitness supplies industry is very competitive, prices being similar at various places... what sets Flaman Richmond apart, is the stellar customer service!! Thank you Mike and staff!!

I'm leaving this review specifically for Mike as he was extremely professional and friendly. We went Flaman for the first time to check out the treadmills and within the first few minutes of our visit, Mike's knowledge and passion had us sold on the Spirit XT185. We did not purchase the treadmill that day but decided to come back the next week to buy it. At our second visit, Mike was not working that day and we were greeted by another staff member who was not approachable or helpful. I did not get the staff's name but his service was nowhere near as exceptional as Mike's. We left and came back the next day when Mike was working to purchase the treadmill from him instead. I am extremely impressed with Mike and I highly recommend everyone to go to him!

Just purchased an AMAZING Spirit CT800 treadmill from Mike Logan at Flaman Fitness in Richmond. Honestly, I had no idea what to purchase in the sea of treadmills. Mike made it so easy. We now have an excellent machine with a wicked warranty...just what what's needed for a busy family of 5. The delivery guys were excellent too...definitely worth it to book them! Thanks Mike. Had a fantastic experience here recently with Mike helping out. We were looking to outfit our strata gym with some new equipment. I shared some basic parameters and Mike was able to tailor a package that fit our needs perfectly and stayed within budget. Can tell he is very knowledgeable and familiar with the products he is selling. Did not try to upsell at all, only recommend what he thought was best for our needs. Did my research and their prices were very competitive. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend this place for all your fitness needs.

Flaman Fitness Richmond has always had great variety in equipment selection, unmatched quality, and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend checking this place out for any exercise equipment needs.I'm a Personal Trainer now, and I can proudly say that Flaman's exercise equipment is high quality, and I recommend it for the majority of my clients. I've been coming here since I was just starting out in fitness six years ago, and the resistance bands I bought at the time are still in amazing shape!

Excellent store & super helpful staff! I bought a treadmill from another Flaman Fitness location and needed a spare part for it - wireless heart rate monitor. Richmond store staff was extremely nice - they found the spare part, set it aside for me and explained all the details related to it.When I bought the treadmill for $2K+ I wanted to make sure that there will be support available if/when I need it. I am so glad I went with Flaman - they are extremely dedicated and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!
